About Us
Health Compass was founded on the notion that there must be a better and more efficient way to sell international private medical insurance (IPMI), one that will benefit all parties in the distribution chain: customer, intermediary and insurance provider.
Founded by David Eline, himself both a fully-licensed broker and expatriate for many years, Health Compass is a fully GDPR and IDD-licensed technology platform developed with the aim of bringing new efficiencies to the market.
With the system able to conduct product research from the market’s main IPMI providers and present cost versus cover benefit comparisons to the intermediary and their customer in matter of minutes, complex manual market cover reviews are now unnecessary to select the protection a customer needs. And with an automated and compliant business processing system, the sales process has never been so slick.
With the correct licensing now crucial to IPMI placement, intermediaries are able to benefit from the Health Compass regulatory position that operates as a bridge between the EU and the UK, making it possible for a UK based intermediary to service customers in Europe and vice and versa. Offshore business can also be placed through Health Compass when permitted by the provider.
